We’re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in driving business performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight, support decision-making, and ensure strong financial control. This is a highly visible role where you’ll translate numbers into meaningful actions that shape business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with key business functions to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Provide clear financial analysis and insights to drive informed decision-making
- Monitor performance against budgets and identify risks and opportunities
- Challenge and support stakeholders to ensure cost-effective decisions
- Support month-end reporting and explain variances to plan
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Qualified accountant or equivalent experience in a similar position, ideally from a manufacturing operation
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft applications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data
