Job Description
We are looking for a competent university student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic financial services environment. If you have the skills and enthusiasm we are looking for and are excited about the opportunity to enhance our Finance - Corporate Tax functions, please apply today.
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Tax audits preparation including analysing any potential mismatches
GloBE/Pillar II implementation of the dedicated IT tool
Extraction and analysis of accounting and other data that has an impact on VAT
Other useful tasks/extractions from Power BI
TP Genie (IT tool) implementation – intra-group financial flows
TP (Transfer Pricing) analysis – reconciliations and Globus/HFM checks
Tracking unpaid invoices
Tracking unsigned intra group agreements
Any ad-hoc question or urgency which would arise during the assignment
Requirements and Qualifications
- University student, preferably in Corporate Finance.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
Excellent analytical and research skills with detail orientation
Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Reporting and numeracy skills
Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders
