Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Work Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 6:30 pm, and Saturday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, with one weekday off and Sundays off.
- Build and maintain relationships with our customers through phone and computer communication.
- Review applications and seek opportunities to renew customer agreements.
- Make calls to customers regarding expired agreements and references on expired accounts.
- Listen actively to help resolve issues and encourage timely renewals and payments.
- Schedule voluntary merchandise turn-ins and conduct field visits for product pickups and door hangers.
- Handle challenging situations promptly and professionally, ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Multitask effectively to meet weekly goals while keeping the customer experience at the forefront.

Requirements:
- Experience in sales, account management, collections, or rental services is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Professional communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.
- Strong computer and phone skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
