Job Description
The Assistant Manager is responsible for properly overseeing and effectively managing their shift. Leaders must provide and maintain excellent management, coaching and training to all baristas within their store.

•Oversees and manages the assigned shifts.
•Implements strategic management practices to all managers and baristas
•Provides hands-on experience and support to all baristas
•Ensures that all company policies, procedures and programs are consistently maintained and implemented at the store
•Communicates daily with all store managers, and baristas.
•Demonstrates excellent communication skills with Storemanagers, baristas.
•Provides on-going training and support to all staff
•Any other management duties that may be assigned
