As an Intern at MKS, you will partner with NPI procurement teamto . In this role, you will report to the NPI & ECO procurement manager.

You Will Make an Impact By:
Hiring Manager to use principal responsibilities from above job profile job description to fill out bullet points below. Also feel free to add in additional responsibilities that are specific to this requisition. Recommended number of responsibilities is 6 but some jobs may require more responsibilities.

  • Support RFQs to suppliers for new products including analyzing and negotiating quotations in coordination with the NPI buyers / ECO buyers.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and project review meetings as a representative of the NPI team.
  • Maintain purchasing data integrity in ERP systems
  • Provide support with Material planning management & MRP exception messages.
  • Provide support with activities related with NPI & ECO area.


Skills You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business/economics or engineering with knowledge of Materials Management or Logistics.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced level ability in the use of Excel & Power Point
  • A willingness and ability to influence and change the status quo
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish languages

This position is in a corporative building, mainly will be in a desk.
