Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring HRIS tickets are answered timely (ie. Password resets, reporting requests, security roles)
- Ensuring time reports needed for payroll are developed and delivered on time.
- Comfortable working with developers to help define requirements for system interfaces.
- Leading and/or SME on various HR projects.

- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in a fast-paced HR/Payroll environment
- Comfortable working with all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
- Ability to work cross functionally within a global team
- Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
- Previous working experience in a HRIS role is essential (6+ years)
- Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS) UltiPro WFM and/or Kronos, essential for role
- Hands on experience with HRIS reporting UltiPro BI reporting module, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, WFM Dataviews
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas and macros
- Role models Propelis values and behaviors.
Advantageous:
- Good understanding of full HR processes (ie. Hiring, onboarding, pay changes, terminations)
- Previously worked in a global organization and process driven environment
- ADP Celergo/Globalview
