Discipline: Home Health Aide
Location: Counties served in Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Morris, NJ
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule Options: Flexible – Day, Evening, Overnight, Weekends, Live-In, and Holiday shifts available
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per-Diem
- Provide care to clients in accordance with the individualized Plan of Care developed by the supervising nurse.
- Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises as instructed by the supervising nurse.
- Prepare modified diets as directed by the care plan.
- Observe and report changes in clients' vital signs, skin condition, or symptoms to the supervising nurse.
- Remind clients to take prescribed medications as instructed.
- Perform light household tasks necessary for a safe and comfortable home environment, such as cleaning and grocery shopping.
- Report any changes in the client's physical status promptly to the supervising nurse or agency.
- Submit required annual compliance documents (e.g., TB questionnaire).
- Complete 12 hours of mandatory annual compliance training as required by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.

- Commitment to following infection-control practices and maintaining client safety.
- Compassionate and respectful approach to supporting clients' physical and emotional needs.
- Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license (required).
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to read and write in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have a physical examination meeting New Jersey State Department of Consumer Affairs requirements for home health care workers.
- Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and professionalism.
