| Primary Duties and Responsibilities: | Position purpose: This position supports faculty salary processes in the College of Sciences and Mathematics, provides support for research and summer programming, including budget management and supplies purchasing, and administrative support for computer science programs in the College. Essential Functions: 1. Work with Dean's office and Department Chairs to maintain Faculty Load and Compensation data. 2. Oversee budgets for summer undergraduate research programs and summer camps including assisting in overseeing restricted accounts that receive donations to support undergraduate research. 3. Coordinate summer programming including assisting in recruiting faculty, marketing, and oversight of summer undergraduate workers. 4. Provide administrative support for faculty and students in graduate computer science programs. 5. Assist faculty in overseeing budgets for externally funded undergraduate research programs. 6. Assist in event planning for SPARK, CSM's fall career fair, and alumni events as well as working with alumni to facilitate the development of internship opportunities. 7. | Required Education | High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred |
| Required Experience | 1-3 years prior office experience preferred; experience with budgets and/or event planning and camps preferred |
