Summary:
The Credit Card Processor processes all guest inquiries involving closed accounts, accurately deposits all credit card transactions to the Card Processing Center.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone inquiries.
- Assist guests with credit card questions or issues for all seven properties.
- Assist other credit card processors with answers to any questions.
- Respond both verbally and/or in writing to all inquiries from guests who have left the house, as well as inquiries from credit card companies.
- Research chargebacks and credit card refunds.
- Maintain accurate records of all card processing transactions.
- Assist all other departments with refunds.
- Authorize net issues with payments and refunds.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and active listening skills.
- Strong computer skills and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
