Job Description

Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School seeks an Assistant Girls' Lacrosse Coach for the upcoming 2026 spring season.


 


The 2026 spring season runs from Monday, March 16th through early June. Practices are generally after school. This successful program has varsity and junior varsity levels.


 


Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to):


The coach is responsible for assisting all aspects of coaching a high-level Lacrosse program while adhering to rules and guidelines set forth by the school, Dual County League and MIAA.  The assistant coach will have the ability to work with varsity coaches and athletes to develop a cohesive and competitive program.


 


Expectations:



  • Teaching the L-S Athletics Curriculum 

  • Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course

  • Ability to drive the school van to away games

  • Ability to work with high school population

  • Understanding of high school sports operations

  • Work well with high school students, parents and other coaches

  • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

  • Understands the importance of fun in high school athletics

  • Be prepared, punctual and ethical


 


Experience Preferred:



  • Experience coaching Lacrosse 

  • Experience playing Lacrosse at the high school level or higher


 


Stipend Range per Schedule B.
