Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Store Sales, the Sales Representative performs the following key responsibilities:

  • Develop sales growth strategies for the assigned territory by analyzing the competitive landscape, market conditions, and implementing the necessary tools to achieve sales objectives.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitive activities, product line changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop new customer relationships to increase sales across the network.
  • Work closely with Head Office to promote and coordinate activities for stores within the assigned territory.
  • Analyze territory performance by product lines and customer segments and implement action plans based on the results.
  • Build and maintain up-to-date customer profiles using the CRM system (services offered, number of employees, etc.).
  • Establish strong business relationships with store managers and coordinate territory activities and events (e.g., training clinics).
  • Communicate information in alignment with the company’s philosophy, communication plans, operational standards, administrative policies, and other initiatives to support sales growth within the assigned territory.
  • Contribute to the development of banners, major accounts, and marketing programs.
  • Analyze and respond to customer needs, including complaint management.
  • Represent the company with regional organizations and attend industry-related events to promote the company’s image.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, demonstrating the ability to succeed in the automotive industry.
  • Completed vocational training (DEP or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; proficiency in English is essential.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
