KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


Leadership & Team Development 

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales Consultants and Sales Administrators 
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members 
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to sales targets and KPIs 
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and high performance 

Sales Performance & Strategy 

  • Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales volume and gross profit 
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly and annual targets 
  • Monitor CRM activity, lead management, and customer follow-up processes 
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance 

Customer Experience 

  • Ensure every client receives a luxury-level experience consistent with Jaguar Land Rover standards 
  • Handle escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally 
  • Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores 

Operations & Compliance 

  • Work closely with the Finance, Service, and Parts departments to maximize cross-department opportunities 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OEM standards, and regulatory requirements 
  • Maintain proper inventory management and vehicle merchandising standards 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of automotive sales management experience (luxury brand experience preferred) 
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets 
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership management software 
  • Valid driver’s license
