  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports.

  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and success criteria.

  • Ensure all projects adhere to PMO standards, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.

  • Apply an AI-first approach to integrate AI capabilities into both project work and PM practices to drive efficiency and value

  • Facilitate steering committees, project reviews, and governance checkpoints.

  • Ensure technology solutions align with platform standards, architectural principles, and long-term sustainability.

  • Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to ensure scope clarity and minimize unnecessary customization or technical debt.

Change Management & Organizational Readiness

  • Ensure documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials are complete and accurate.

  • Prepare business teams for deployment activities and ensure smooth adoption with minimal disruption.

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Vendor & Partner Collaboration

  • Coordinate with external vendors, system integrators, and service providers, ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations.

  • Support vendor evaluation, selection, and performance management.

  • Oversee technical activities such as upgrades, patch management, and major releases to minimize downtime and risks.

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or comparable project management certification preferred

Experience

  • 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology projects.
