The Expanding Horizons Program is a 12‑month, full‑time rotational development experience designed for recent college graduates who want to gain broad exposure across a global business. Rather than starting in a single role, you’ll rotate through five essential departments, building practical business and technical skills while contributing to meaningful work that supports our operations and customers.

This program is ideal for motivated graduates who are eager to learn, curious about how businesses operate end‑to‑end, and ready to take ownership early in their careers.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Participate in structured 8‑week rotations across five business units
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals on real‑time initiatives and improvement projects
  • Learn core processes including service dispatch, vendor management, customer engagement, and production planning
  • Support process documentation, data analysis, standard work creation, and performance improvement efforts
  • Present insights and recommendations to rotation leaders and executive sponsors

This is a hands‑on program where you’ll be trusted with meaningful responsibilities and supported as you grow.

Qualifications

Who you are

You’re a motivated, adaptable, and curious learner who is ready to build a career that blends strategic thinking, operational execution, and customer impact. You enjoy working with others, learning new concepts quickly, and contributing in a fast‑paced environment.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Graduation date between August 2025 and May 2026
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher

Preferred skills

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Interest in cross‑functional business operations, service delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

Additional requirements

  • Must be available to start the program on June 1, 2026
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • On‑site position based in North Canton, OH
