Description

• Ensure the integrity of guest rooms and the contents
• Clean assigned number of guest rooms according to Company and department standards
• Responsible for cleaning and stocking carts
• Responsible for folding and delivering linen
• Delivery of all internal and external guest request
• Maintain Hotel hallways in between calls
• Report any repairs that need to be done in the guest rooms or hallways
• Make sure all items in the room are in working order.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
• At least one year of work experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Must be able to understand and speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Work may be required in confined area
• Good customer service skills
• Must be able to maneuver in Hotel areas, up and down stairs and reach above shoulder level
• Ability to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke
