Description

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School (Henrico, VA) has an immediate opening for a long term sub for a Elementary Teacher through January and possibly February 2026. This position would be responsible for grade level Diocesan curriculum. 

Successful candidates will foster the mission of the school, adhere to the Diocesan Consensus curriculum, create engaging lesson plans, build relationships with students, foster critical thinking skills, implement innovative and differentiated instructional strategies, and work collaboratively with the faculty and the grade level PLC group.

Requirements

Requirements: The candidate must be organized, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and maintain an effective and supportive Christ-centered classroom learning environment. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Teaching license preferred but not required. Teaching/Substituting experience preferred.
