We’re a team of diverse, talented people from around the world. As we continue to expand internationally, we strive to ensure that our culture remains alive and well -that we remain aligned and engaged. Global movements don’t spring from one individual. Every single person at Railbookers has a passion for travel, which explains why we’re so avid about encouraging our customers to get out and discover the world for themselves. Most importantly, we embolden you to be yourself and enjoy the work you do on a daily basis. We like having a great time at work, not just outside of it.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Proofing Manager to oversee the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all outbound marketing and communications. • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, grammar, punctuation, and brand guidelines across all channels
  • Verify accuracy of content, including dates, pricing, product details, and legal/compliance language
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain quality and clarity
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising attention to detail
  • Establish and maintain proofing processes, checklists, and best practices
  • Serve as the final quality checkpoint before materials are approved for distribution
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve overall content quality and team standards
