Role Description:

The University Student Centers is seeking responsible, motivated undergraduate students to assist with providing superior customer service to the University of Delaware community. Associates are assigned to maintain the space and distribute equipment in the Perkins Hen Zone & Esports Arena. They may also be assigned to an Information Desk, acting as the welcoming face to all students, staff, faculty, and visitors utilizing the Trabant or Perkins student centers. This position may be assigned to one or all of these spaces depending on availability and need. 

Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  Providing directions and answering general questions in-person and over the phone

  Signing out office keys

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring and tracking equipment usage

  Ensuring a safe comfortable environment by addressing inappropriate behavior and ensuring proper handling/usage of equipment and space

  Flex/Credit sales of merchandise

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining and stocking merchandise
