Job Description

Hourly Rate: $20.62

DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

Support sales operations by resolving quote and order issues, managing new account inquiries, and ensuring efficient processes while partnering internal teams to support customer service initiatives and drive continuous process improvement

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

•Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quote, order, and fulfillment issues and implement effective solutions 

•Work independently on assigned projects and initiatives 

•Provide backup support for the Customer Solutions Coordinator 

•Manage new account inquiries for capital products and parts accounts 

•Track marketing asset inventory, obtain vendor quotes, and process internal orders using Oracle iProcurement 

•Review, analyze, and report on Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback 

•Maintain data feed spreadsheets for new product launches, discontinuations, and product updates 

•Process demo product orders in support of new product launches 

•Support order and quote testing for product launches, discontinuations, and system enhancements 

•Maintain and update dealer locator information for Pride, BAJA Mobility, and Rascal by Mega Motion 

•Process invoices for extended warranties and protection plans for Pride and Baja Mobility products 

•Review submissions and initiate IT support tickets through resolution 

•Provide backup support to the Sales Process & Support Manager to ensure successful product launches 

•Support and implement monthly MAP updates within the PQ365 application 

•Train and support team members on ordering and quoting processes within company systems

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management 

•Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training 

•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment 

•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations 

•Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times 

•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

•Must be a team player, friendly, detail-oriented, and honest

 

Must have the ability to:

•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment 

 

Must have: 

•Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement

•A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods

•Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel

•Excellent web navigation skills

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

 

PREFERRED SKILLS

•Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel preferred

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•At least 2 years in sales operations, customer support, order processing or a related role supporting cross-functional business operations

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

•At least 4 years in sales operations, customer support, order processing or a related role supporting cross-functional business operations preferred

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION

•High School Diploma or GED 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
