He/she will essentially do organization, management and implementation wind certification project, in particular Component certification, type certification, specific site design evaluation, project certification. Further, the engineer will be responsible for independent execution and timely completion of projects by analyzing project scope and determining project specifications, coordinating with clients and project manager during the course of the project and preparing evaluation report for clients. Further She/he will support our team to audit and evaluate manufacturing process at client site.

Qualifications
Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, mechanical or dynamic systems or any equivalent field
Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of wind turbine certification project with the use of the common IEC standards for wind turbines
Excellent knowledge in certification process
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in the continuous development of work processes (Lean Six Sigma) is desirable
Hands-on experience in project management
Hands-on experience on manufacturing processes
Customer focus, commitment and independent work
Good communication skills (English speaking and writing)
Willingness to travel (within China and outside the country)
