MAIN ROLE
Leading the warehouse team to manage inventory, supplying of materials to Production, Manage 3rd party warehouse service providers in providing acceptable standard of services in meeting the plant's KPIs, summaries and agree on stock movement of cost charging with the 3PL, Pertaining to inventory freshness, warehouse safety and warehouse cost optimization.
Role and Activity
To lead the warehouse team in setting targets for warehousing service which include, but not limited to factory inventory, supply of materials to production and timely delivery of goods to warehouse.
▪ Manages and controls the warehouse management information system by ensuring the integrity of the data in warehouse management systems is correct, Champions the improvement of processes, which make the most effective and efficient use of capital and people.
▪ Ensure an adequate level of flexibility of structures and processes to meet ad-hoc requirements or to deal with unexpected Supply Chain issues, to adapt to changes in the logistics and/or market environment.
▪ Drive cost saving initiatives to improve performance and cost of the warehouse operation. Also ensure the correct construction, control, and management of the budget for warehousing (cost budget for warehousing and possible investment requirements).
▪ Negotiate contracts as per Procure-to-Pay process and establish a sound relationship with the service providers including conflict management.
▪ Selection of the right people, constant engagement, motivation and management of the team.
▪ Ensure maintenance of the building, warehouse equipment and security.
▪ Identification of the potential issues for the factory within Warehouse operation and evaluate the risks and offer solutions.
▪ Give advance information in Daily / Weekly to ensure alignment with team and cross function on Warehouse operation within the detailed plan period.
▪ Ensure outstanding delivery of 3PL services at minimum cost for by closely and effectively managing the relationship with them.
▪ Ensure the management of the budget for 3PL services.
▪ Adhering to FRONERI procedures and standards.
▪ Always keep 5S in workplace.
▪ Update the planning parameters on the system for materials when it is needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ At least successful operational experience in a leadership role at business level in warehouse management.
▪ Relevant operational experience at business level, in the following areas is beneficial: Logistic, Technical, Transportation
▪ Experience in the management of projects such as:
▪ Warehouse, Distribution Network Redesign, High Performance Logistics.
▪ Strong leadership, ability of analytical thinking, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
▪ Desirable to have had experience implementing improvement concepts and tools.
▪ Developed ability of Excel skills
▪ Highly developed ability of negotiation and communication skills.
▪ Good knowledge of Planning cycle, commercial understanding, optimization techniques and Costing.

Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered
- 5+ years of warehouse/logistics experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
- Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience managing dry goods inventory (packaging materials, ingredients, MRO parts, etc.)
- Strong background in high-volume, fast-paced operations (FMCG preferred)
Work Environment:
In this position, the employee will regularly work with and around others; in a wet and/or humid environment; in areas of high noise level; and around mechanical, electrical, and pressurized equipment. The work is fast paced.
The position involves frequent exposure to nuts and other potential allergens.
The pay scale for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The pay range for prospective employees in this role is between $110,000 and $116,132.50 per year.
