**Job Summary:**

We are seeking Salespeople to join our team in Payne Brownsville. The Salespeople will be responsible for selling products and services to customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.


**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus

- Proven experience in sales, retail, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques


**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit those needs

- Conduct sales transactions and process payments accurately

- Meet and exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

- Keep the sales floor clean and organized

- Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years
• Must have or be able to get a Texas driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
