What You’ll Do:

The Associate Attorney provides comprehensive legal representation across all firm practice areas, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters. Working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and supported by a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney, this role offers the opportunity to develop a well-rounded legal skill set.

As our Associate Attorney you’ll:

  • Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
  • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
  • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
  • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

What You Bring:

  • Licensed Bar Attorney in at least ONE of below states:
    • AL, AZ, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, and WA.
    • Multi-State licensure a plus
  • 3+ years of experience preferred (however, all qualified applicants considered)
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven

Location:

  • Varies dependent on role and candidate location (onsite, hybrid and remote work available dependent on specific role)

Travel:

  • Local court-related travel required

      Conditions of Work:

      • Ability to sit or stand for long periods
      • Ability to remain focused for extended periods
      • Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
      • Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (Typing, clicking, swiveling)
      • Ability to multi-task
