Job Description

We are seeking a Product Management Intern to support our growing product development initiatives within our Water Technologies business. This role offers hands-on experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams to support product strategy, development, and market analysis.

 

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation with a genuine interest in business and product management, and is eager to contribute fresh ideas in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product development initiatives from concept through execution
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
  • Assist with product documentation, data analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams
  • Help evaluate current product performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Participate in multidisciplinary intern projects and present findings
  • Support day-to-day activities of the Product Management team

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field

Experience & Skills:

  • Exposure to or interest in B2B environments, preferably within construction, building products, or manufacturing
  • Strong technical aptitude with an interest in product and business strategy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Language skills are a plus
