About the Role

As a Processing Team Leader in training, you’ll build the skills needed to coordinate daily operations across our busy Dover factory. Working closely with the Production Managers and current leadership team, you’ll learn how to support and guide your team, maintain safe and efficient processes, and uphold Tassal’s high standards of quality and sustainability.

This is a permanent, full-time role (5/3 roster) designed for someone who is ready to grow. You don’t need to be a leader yet — but you must be willing to learn, take ownership, show initiative, and live our values.


What You’ll Be Supported to Learn & Develop

  • Applying our Can Do Safely approach to every task and decision

  • Leading team performance to meet KPIs

  • Supporting daily workflow and providing clear direction to your team

  • Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety

  • Understanding risk and applying safe, responsible judgement

  • Supporting change initiatives and helping build a strong, united team culture

  • Role‑modelling what it looks like to Own It and set the right example for others

  • Contributing to improvements and showing the Passion to help the team succeed
