Are you an HR professional who loves variety, impact, and global collaboration? Daher is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our North America headquarters and play a key role in shaping the employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

In this role,you鈥檒lgain broad exposure across the full HR lifecycle-from employee relations and compliance to global mobility,analytics, HRIS, payroll,recruiting, andmore-while partnering with leaders across North America and international stakeholders to build a highperforming, peoplefirst culture.

馃殌WhatYou鈥檒lDo

  • Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, investigations, and engagement initiatives

  • Support performance management, learning, and development programs

  • Manage global mobility processes, including expatriate compensation, tax coordination, and immigration

  • Maintain HR policies and compliance programs (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, AAP) and support audit readiness

  • Administer leave programs, payroll audits, HRIS data, and timekeeping

  • Supportfull-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding

  • Develop andmaintainHR metrics and dashboards to support workforce planning

馃幆What You Bring

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, orequivalent human resources experience

  • 4plusyears ofcorporateHR experience supporting exempt and nonexempt populations

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and payroll processes

  • Experience with international HR, global mobility, or immigration preferred

  • Advanced skills in Excel(V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

  • Familiarity with using Microsoft 365 Copilot with HR鈥憇pecific prompts to automate routine tasks and reduce administrative turnaround time

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRMCP, etc.) and Workday/UKG experience a plus

Information related to the position:

The compensation range is $70,000 to $85,000 base salary plus an annual target bonus. Any prospective offer will take into account the overall experience the successful candidate brings to the role.
