FTE Status: Casual Part-Time, 0.20 FTE 

Work Schedule: Variable hours, days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Description:

Responsible for customer service and clerical duties behind front desk in fitness center facility; check-in system, facility tours for prospective members, membership and needs-based sales, and telephone information calls. Maintains a safe, effective, and motivating area for members to work out.

Qualifications:

Education: High school education preferred.

Certification/Registration/Licensure: CPR within six months of hire into position required.

Experience: Minimum two years of experience in customer service field to include computer/keyboarding and billing and membership processing required.
