Front Desk Agent – Join the Team at Tioga Downs!
Do you love creating great first impressions and helping people feel welcome? At Tioga Downs, we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional service and make every guest experience memorable from check-in to check-out.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the welcoming face of our hotel—greet guests and set the tone for their stay
- Share helpful information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with requests, directions, and recommendations
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest accounts, payments, and any necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and available
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Operate the hotel switchboard/PBX system
- Go above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves satisfied
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service or guest relations experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
