We're looking for a Physical Security Specialist to:

• implement and maintain physical security standards and procedures at UBS facilities across the region
• coordinate emergency preparedness and response training and life/safety drills and coordinate AED program
• participate in response, assessment and resolution of security incidents and emergencies
• partner with the Event Security Team to develop and implement security plans for on-site corporate events and internal meetings
• support management of site-security operations and security team
• participate in internal and external audits and reviews related to physical security programs
• conduct risk assessments and physical security surveys
• travel as required

Your team

As a Physical Security Specialist, you'll be working in our office in New York City reporting to the Regional Security Physical Security Manager. In this role, you will be a member of the physical security team responsible for developing and managing the physical security programs in the Americas region.

Your expertise

• ideally 5+ years experience in Corporate Security
• ability to collaborate, multi-task and work effectively in stressful situations to meet stringent deadlines
• history of building cooperative relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels
• experience promoting security awareness, conducting security training and creating security guidance documents
• working knowledge of AI and other technology that can be leveraged to enhance physical security functions
• bachelor's degree preferred

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 98000 - max USD 123000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
