Join our team at Nexus Disposal as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR, you will be the main point of contact for both commercial and residential customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone and internet. Your professionalism and fluency in both English and Spanish will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities:

Reach out to customers proactively during on-site situations to address pick-up and related issues.

Handle incoming customer calls and emails, providing effective solutions and assistance.

Proactively troubleshoot and resolve potential delivery and pick-up challenges before they escalate into service problems.

Skillfully manage customer escalations, employing a diplomatic approach.

Contribute to sales efforts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.

Collaborate with customers, generate work orders, and analyze accounts to effectively address service inquiries.

Facilitate daily debriefs with commercial truck drivers, addressing route or service-related matters.

Record and communicate relevant information from drivers to appropriate departments using Nexus Disposal's proprietary software.
