What are we looking for?
We are expanding our clinical education team and seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Clinical Trainer to provide world-class product training, clinical support, and education to our customers, employees, and partners.
The Physical Therapy Clinical Trainer will be responsible for delivering clinical and product training for INDIBA and K-Laser technologies to physical therapists, clinicians, distributors, and internal staff. This role requires a strong clinical background in physical therapy and rehabilitation, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for education and technology.
What will you do?
Conduct in-person and virtual clinical training sessions for physical therapists and healthcare professionals on INDIBA and K-Laser devices
Support onboarding and advanced training programs for new and existing customers
Collaborate with sales teams to provide clinical demonstrations, product training, and event support (e.g., trade shows, conferences, workshops)
Develop and refine clinical protocols, training materials, and case studies
Serve as a clinical resource for ongoing customer support, including troubleshooting and optimizing treatment outcomes
Stay up to date with advancements in physical therapy, sports medicine, laser therapy, and radiofrequency applications
Contribute to the development of marketing and educational content (videos, webinars, manuals, presentations)
What will you bring?
Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or equivalent) required
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in physical therapy, sports medicine, or rehabilitation preferred
Prior experience with therapeutic laser, radiofrequency (INDIBA/TECAR), or electrotherapy modalities is highly desirable
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with travel (up to 50%) for onsite trainings and trade shows
Passion for education, innovation, and improving patient outcomes
