Location: Springfield, CO (Onsite)

Pay: $18–$20/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Calibre Manufacturing is hiring a Sanitation Technician to help keep our facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, and facility spaces
• Follow safety guidelines, SOPs, and GMP standards
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
• Complete daily cleaning logs and documentation
• Support inspections, audits, and facility readiness
• Maintain cleaning tools and report any issues

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of cleaning/sanitation experience (manufacturing or GMP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently
• Team player with a solid work ethic

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
