Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication administration and monitor client's overall health and well-being
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client care and services provided
• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients, families, and colleagues
• Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Home Health Aide (HHA) Requirements:

Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related healthcare field
• Current Home Health Certification in PA
