*This position requires that you be flexible with your schedule to assist with the coverage needs of the area. It also requires you to work one early day and one late day a week. The late/early day will be discussed with your supervisor. Work schedule may change based on agency needs.

About the Role
Employees in this job supervise Developmentalists including conducting performance evaluations and training of assigned staff on daily living skills and other techniques used when dealing with clients. The Lead Developmentalist coordinates the implementation of individual program plans between direct care staff and provides direct care services to clients with intellectual disabilities at the Utah State Developmental Center (USDC).
