Stillwaters Resort is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, memorable stay from arrival through departure. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a service-first attitude
  • Answer and route phone calls courteously and promptly
  • Process reservations, room changes, and account adjustments
  • Maintain accurate guest records and payment documentation
  • Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
  • Uphold resort policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Keep the front desk and lobby areas tidy, inviting, and guest-ready

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Basic computer literacy; experience with property management systems a plus
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
