Now Seeking a Licensed Beautician
Princeton Health Care Center is currently recruiting a licensed beautician to provide grooming and personal care services to our residents in a nursing home/long-term care environment. This role plays an important part in supporting resident dignity, comfort, and overall well-being. This role has the flexibility to be a contracted position or hired as a PHCC employee with the opportunity for benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide beauty and grooming services to residents, including haircuts, styling, shampooing, basic manicures, and other services within license scope.
- Deliver services with patience, compassion, and respect for elderly and medically fragile residents.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work areas in compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
- Follow infection control, safety, and resident-rights guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid West Virginia Beautician/Cosmetology License
- Experience working with elderly or special needs population
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to follow healthcare facility policies and procedures
- Must be able to pass a WVCares Background Check
