Job Coaches in our Supported Employment program provide support and skills-training to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in an employment setting within the community (Kingston and surrounding areas).  This is an ideal role for a motivated, self-starter who is able to work independently, and develop and foster relationships with our community partners.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must in this highly visible position.

A high school diploma/GED, a minimum of one year of experience working with persons with disabilities, and an acceptable NYS Driver's License are required.  Must be Van certifiable and have basic computer knowledge.  We provide training for the certification indicated above.

HOURS:   Flexible/on-call, as needed

STARTING SALARY:  $ 22.88 to $ 25.17 per hour

• High School Diploma or GED is required
