Job Description
You will be the RF Engineering Manager for the ADP Mission Systems which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge aircraft mission capabilities.
What You Will Be Doing
As the RF Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing team of engineers in the design, test, and integration of ADP systems and subsystems, while fostering technical excellence and personal growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage complex technical projects, applying aircraft‑level test techniques and robust risk‑management practices.
- Interpret customer requirements, create system and equipment specifications, and develop statements of work, implementation plans, test, integration, and closure activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, internal groups, and customers to produce effective proposals and align stakeholder expectations.
- Allocate work assignments based on team members’ skills and career objectives, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Support recruiting events and develop employee development plans using Lockheed Martin training programs.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications
a closely related technical discipline.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• Experience in supplier management.
• Experience in electro‑optic/infrared (EO/IR) engineering, electronics engineering, electronic warfare (EW), radar, communications‑navigation‑intelligence (CNI), or
Desired skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience presenting to internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Proven track record of building relationships, fostering collaboration and working cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
