As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate, efficient, and compliant coordination of specialised operations. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end embryo workflows from booking through to final processing and dispatch readiness
- Manage inventory allocation, storage locations, stock movements, and reconciliation with full traceability
- Ensure accurate system transactions, data integrity, and documentation across ERP and operational platforms
- Coordinate export activities, including permits, certificates, timelines, and stakeholder engagement
- Act as the central coordination point between laboratory, warehouse, dispatch, and customer teams
- Proactively manage timelines, resolve discrepancies, and address operational issues
- Prepare reports and operational insights to support planning and performance improvement
- Identify and implement process and system enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both operational precision and customer service thinking to the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Agribusiness, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational coordination roles
- Experience in regulated or technically complex environments (desirable)
- Strong capability with ERP systems (e.g. Jiwa or similar) and advanced Excel skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills across customers, partners, and internal teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑step operational processes with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational, time management, and analytical skills
- Clear and effective communication with the ability to work cross‑functionally
- Proven ability to prioritise and perform in a fast‑paced operational environment
