Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, detailed-oriented individual who has both excellent customer service skills and is experienced with employee management. Strong computer skills, problem solving, and multi-tasking abilities are a must!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain guest relations
  • Manage guest reservations
  • Hold conversations regarding compensation with guests
  • Communicate with other departments and vendors
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors
  • Manage phone systems
  • Cover the phone line
  • Ensure quality control and timely responses
  • Uphold the company core values and provide excellent customer service standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Available to work holidays and weekends
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry (Preferred not required)
