Your Responsibilities:

Create & Maintain Staff Schedules – Ensure nursing teams are scheduled appropriately for all shifts, ensuring full coverage.
Monitor Staffing Levels – Track staff availability, request time off, and adjust schedules as necessary.
Coordinate with Nursing & HR Teams – Collaborate with nursing leadership to resolve staffing challenges and maintain adequate staffing levels.
Ensure Compliance with Regulations – Ensure staffing is in line with state and federal regulations, including staffing ratios.
Assist with On-Call Staff Scheduling – Coordinate on-call nurses as needed.
Handle Staffing Changes – Quickly respond to last-minute changes, including absences or shift swaps, to maintain smooth operations.
Maintain Records – Keep accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and shift changes.

Qualifications:

Previous Experience in Staffing Coordination or Scheduling (Preferred).
Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills.
Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Abilities.
Proficiency in Scheduling Software (Preferred).
Ability to Multitask & Work Under Pressure.
Attention to Detail & Accuracy.
Strong Interpersonal Skills – Ability to work effectively with nursing staff and leadership.
