YOUR TASKS

• Develop New 12v Battery Pack Project and take lead to control all steps of project in operations department. Develop manufacturing documents (such as flow chart, P-FMEA, working instruction, equipment SOR review, etc.)
  新12v锂电池包项目生产过程开发，控制工厂各部门的相关项目进程。编写制造管理文件（例如流程图，PFMEA，作业指导书，设备技术规范评审等）
• Develop 12v Battery pack assembly & testing process, review and provide the suggestion of Facility & EHS requirement.
  开发12v锂电池包装配及测试流程， 评审及建议相关的厂务和环境健康安全要求。
• Control and optimize production process to improve the production efficiency, quality and safety. Continuous improvement for each problem of process.
  生产过程控制及优化，以提高生产效率、质量和安全。持续改进每个过程中出现的问题
• Analyze MFG cost for new acquisition project and mass production and optimize the MFG cost with solid improvement solution.
  分析新报价及量产项目的制造成本。基于分析结果提供坚实有效的改进方案。
• Analyze the production data and coordinate relevant function team to solve daily production problems timely, such as OEE, FPY, downtime, etc.
  及时分析生产数据，解决日常生产问题，譬如设备综合效率，首次通过率，设备停线
• Production capacity planning and generate improvement actions with other function department to fulfil customer demand
  与其他部门一起分析产能以及制定改善措施来满足客户交付
• Implement lean manufacturing at workshop
  在车间实施精益生产
• Other jobs assigned by management
  管理层交待的其他工作

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree or above. Major in electronics or mechanical is preferred
  大学本科以上学历。电子电器、机械专业优先
• More than 8 years working experience. At least 4 years’ experience of process development in 12v Battery Pack manufacturing. JV or foreign company experience is preferred. The requirement could be relaxed for excellent person
  8年以上工作经验，有至少4年以上12v锂电池包制造工艺开发经验。有合资或外资电子制造企业过程控制经验优先。优秀者可适当放宽要求。
• Be able to analysis the failure of 12v battery pack which is caused by manufacturing process
  能够分析生产过程中导致的12v 锂电池不良品。
• Experience in automotive area is preferred. Good coordinate skill, communication skill. Self-motivated and independent
  有汽车行业相关工作经验者优先。良好的沟通合作技巧，上进心强，独立工作能力。
• Experience with quality methodologies and tools. Project management experience is preferred
  有运用质量方法和工具的经验，有项目管理经验者优先
• Familiar with FMEA, MSA, PPAP. Basic knowledge in TS16949
  熟悉FMEA,MSA,PPAP，具备TS16949的基础知识
• Good oral and written English
  英文口语及写作能力良好
• Familiar with office software(Windows, MS office, MS project, AutoCAD)     
  熟悉Windows, MS office, MS project, AutoCAD等办公软件
