Night shift team member - overnight admin/security position - $18/$19 per hour
Description
A downtown Orlando condominium management team is looking for a qualified team member to work the night shift. We are looking for two to three team members, all part-time. Hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am. This shift works solo. Duties include, but are not limited to front desk work, observing cameras, engaging with residents and visitors, hourly rounds inside the property, cleanup of small spills that occur during a shift and hourly checking to see if vehicles are registered as paid in the front parking area. This job requires making hotel-like keys and the best suited person should have good computer skills. Bilingual language skills is a plus but not required. Must have reliable transportation, references, be able to lift fifty (50) pounds and be comfortable working in a downtown environment. Good communication skills are necessary. The best suited applicant must be able to pass a background check and be comfortable working alone. The position can be upgraded to a security position, provided the applicant passes the required security training. After the completion of security training and certification an additional $1.00 per hour will be provided as an additional raise in the hourly rate.
