What You’ll Do
Provide advanced application support and resolve user issues end-to-end
Manage and prioritize tickets; investigate, escalate, and document solutions
Analyze code and contribute to bug fixes and enhancements
Drive automation and process improvements
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
Lead or support deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities
Partner with Service Desk, Dev, QA, and Infrastructure teams
Perform root cause analysis and improve system reliability
Support onboarding and cross-training of team members
Participate in on-call rotation (24/7 support)
What You Bring
1+ year of application support or relevant technical experience (new grads encouraged).
Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies
Solid object-oriented programming (OOP) fundamentals; ability to learn new technologies quickly
Basic experience with SQL and APIs (HTTP methods; tools like Postman a plus)
Familiarity with C# and/or VB.Net is a plus
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Nice to Have
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace)
Exposure to Agile environments or ITIL practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

$73,987.00-107,576.00 per yearThis role is eligible for a bonus that is based on a combination of personal and business performance.
