Homecare Client Care Coordinator Needed in Hibbing, MN
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Pay: $20-$22/hr
Amivie, a licensed home care agency and one of the largest PCA agencies in Minnesota, is looking for a Homecare Client Care Coordinator to join our team! Headquartered in Hibbing, MN, we employ 900 caregivers and Nurses who serve 1300 clients throughout the greater Metro Area.
As a Client Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients receive the care they need by coordinating staffing, hiring caregivers, and addressing any client or caregiver concerns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a team player, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively with the support of our office team.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet client needs
- Communicate effectively with clients, case managers, and caregivers
- Hire and onboard new caregivers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clients and staff records
- Address and resolve client and caregiver concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, homecare, or scheduling preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
- Proficiency in another language is a plus
