Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers to create a loyal client base
Use a consultative approach to help customers select the right vehicle
Stay informed on vehicle features, optional packages, and new technologies
Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key benefits
Follow up with buyers to generate repeat and referral business
Learn to confidently overcome objections and close deals
Communicate daily with the Sales Manager on goals, activities, and performance
- Bring a positive attitude, professional presence, and commitment every day
Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Prior sales experience is a plus — but not required! We’ll train the right person.
