The Customer Service Representative is responsible to assist customers placing orders to ensure that all questions are answered, all data is accurate, and every order is processed in a timely manner. This is maintained by effective communications, superior knowledge of products and services offered by Economy Polymers, and a pleasant attitude towards customers/clients and other employees.
Duties:
- Work with customers to accept and process all purchase orders within specified company guidelines to ensure all orders are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain all relationships with customers by effectively communicating with customers.
- Analyze all purchase orders for accuracy and corrects based on company guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure all data is accurate and all delivery timelines can be met.
- Communicate with the customer to inform them if any problems are found.
- Maintains liaison with all order departments to ensure order completion.
- Resolves all customer questions related to orders and products.
- All orders are entered into company's system effectively and efficiently.
- Respond to all emails or calls to ensure all communications are handled effectively and accurately.
- Executes all additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management.
- Other duties as assigned.
