What you will be doing

As Regional Supply Chain Process Manager NWE you are the right hand of the Regional Supply Chain Director. You play a pivotal role in optimizing and harmonizing logistics and planning processes across 11 countries in the North-West Europe region*. Working closely with regional teams, HQ in Germany and various internal stakeholders, you lead improvement initiatives, support strategic projects and embed best practices in line with Miele’s global supply chain strategy.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing and documenting logistics and planning processes using process mapping tools.

  • Maintaining and centralising process documentation and workflows.

  • Leading and supporting continuous improvement projects from initiation to implementation.

  • Identifying bottlenecks and translating insights into concrete improvement actions.

  • Acting as one of the key regional Supply Chain POC and Logistics Consulting Development teams.

  • Supporting KPI tracking related to logistics performance, planning accuracy and process efficiency.

  • Facilitating workshops and cross-country meetings to align on best practices.

*NWE = France, Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Great Britain, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and South Africa.

The profile we are looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

  • 8 Years of experience in logistics, SC planning or process management.

  • Proven experience in project management and process optimisation.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

  • Expert Excel and Power BI skills.

  • Analytical, data-driven and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Fluent in English (C1) and French (B2), German is a strong asset.

  • Willingness to travel monthly within the NWE region.
