Responsibilities: Assess and process medical claims in accordance with the company's claims guidelines. Coordinate the disbursement of reports and payments related to claim settlements. Provide administrative support to group medical clients through effective correspondence management. Respond promptly to inquiries from agents, brokers, and customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and service level expectations. Ensure the accuracy of claims processing and review procedures for continuous improvement. Process claims within the company's defined service standards Qualifications: HKDSE / High diploma or above At least 3 years of experience in medical claims adjudication, preferably within employee benefits Familiarity with the AS400 system Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused, service-oriented mindset Numeric sensitivity and attention to detail Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese PC literacy and familiarity with standard office applications Prior experience in handling Life claims is considered an asset About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
