SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of the Title I Coordinator, the summer program Social Worker assists children in resolving developmental, educational, psycho-social and mental health problems through diagnosis, counseling, and consultation. To provide referrals to appropriate outside agencies and/or in-district services. To work closely with students, parents, teachers, the child study team, other necessary staff members and community agencies to facilitate the student's maximum functioning in the educational process.

CERTIFICATE AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Certified by the NH State Department of Education as School Social Worker (0049).
SCHEDULE: Monday through Thursday; 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.; July 7, 2026 - July 23, 2026 (July 6th: Intervention training day (8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.))
